Richard was great and will absolutely be our septic guy from now on. We had problems getting the home warranty company to get someone out and after I finally got released to hire my own guy I called him back and he was on time. He did a fantastic job and did not even give me trouble about filling on the diagnostic form the warranty requires to reimburse me the little bit that they do. He was honest and thorough. He was very nice and had a great attitude considering how cold it is outside and he got here quickly unlike everyone else. He made conversation, and talked to us about how he got into this job, and he is just a nice guy so if you need your poop tank fixed go to this guy because he’s nice and he got it done quickly. Nice to be around even with poop smell in the air.
